In exercise of the powers conferred under the applicable provisions of the Trade Organizations Rules, 2013, as amended, and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Executive Committee, the Election Commission of Pakistan Solar Association has, in accordance with the approved Election Schedule for the term 2026-2028, scrutinized the nomination papers received within the prescribed time for election to the Executive Committee.
Following scrutiny of the nomination papers, the List of Candidates found eligible at this stage is hereby issued and displayed as Annexure-A to this Notice in accordance with Rule 18(11) of the Trade Organizations Rules, 2013, as amended.

- The present list shall remain subject to objections, if any, in accordance with Rule 18(12).
- Any objection against the nomination of a candidate may be submitted in writing to the Election Commission through the PSA Secretariat on or before 28 August 2026, within the period prescribed under the approved Election Schedule.
- The list issued through this Notice constitutes the List of Candidates after Scrutiny under Rule 18(11) and shall not be construed as the Final List of Candidates under Rule 18(14), which shall be issued upon completion of the prescribed objection and appeal process.
- This list is issued under Rule 18(11) of the Trade Organizations Rules, 2013, as amended, and remains subject to the statutory process prescribed under Rules 18(12) to 18(14).
