The Executive Committee of the Pakistan Solar Association (PSA) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the DGTO Rules and to guarantee a transparent and compliant election process, a three-member Election Commission has been officially appointed for the conduct, supervision, and management of the upcoming PSA Elections for the term 2026 – 2028].
The constitution of the Election Commission was thoroughly reviewed and approved during the Executive Committee meeting. All appointed members satisfy the strict statutory criteria for complete independence, impartiality, and non-partisanship.
The PSA Election Commission

- Member Mr. Afaan Amin Masood
- Member Mr. Raza Majeed
- Secretarial Support Secretary General / Authorized Officer (Administrative coordination only)
In accordance with Rules 16 and 17 of the Trade Organizations Rules, 2013, the Commission is fully empowered to execute:
- Arrangement and management of the overall election infrastructure and polling staff].
- Verification and finalization of the official voters' list.
- Ensuring fair, lawful polling, meticulous counting, and the final announcement of results.
